Share Our America is an initiative from the 92NY's Belfer Center that helps communities embrace their differences as a source of strength and unlock their potential to create change. Led by local leaders across our country, Share Our America gatherings bring divided communities back together and rebuilds our trust in one another.
Created in collaboration with experts in cross-cultural dialogue, Share Our America uses research-backed strategies proven to build trust and friendships across differences. During Share Our America gatherings, individuals connect through shared meals, local activities, social events, and facilitated conversations. Instead of looking to change people’s minds — which opens the door to bias, judgment, and fear — we build the foundation necessary to listen without judgment.
